感覺運動遊戲對智能障礙學童健康體適能之影響

摘要


本研究旨在探討Kinect遊戲機對提升智能障礙學童健康體適能成效之影響。以智能障礙兩名學童為研究對象,採單一受試研究法A-B-A倒返實驗設計來進行研究。本研究使用Kinect遊戲機來進行運動介入,經由每週兩次,每次40分鐘,共計8週的運動介入,來探討兩名研究對象在基線期、介入期與倒返期,其健康體適能的變化情形。研究結果發現以Kinect遊戲機來進行運動的介入能有效的提升智能障礙學童的健康體適能。最後根據研究結果,提出對未來研究之相關建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of enhancing health physical fitness of mentally retarded students with Kinect for Xbox 360. The participants were two mentally retarded students. The single-subject experiment was adopted for which the A-B-A reversal design was used. Kinect was used as a sport intervention in this study. The eight-week sports training was processed 40 minutes each time, twice a week. Then, the researcher observed the change of students' health physical fitness in baseline period, intervention period, and fell back period. The results revealed that it could effectively improve mentally retarded students' health physical fitness with the intervention of Kinect for Xbox 360. Finally, according to the findings, the related suggestions for future studies were presented.
