With the progress of technology, modern humans live in the sedentary lifestyle. Considering the life style, more and more people choose the Pilates as the main sport. The Pilates is a kind of core strength training that could enhance the muscular endurance and flexibility. In this paper, we chose fifty Feng Chia University students as trainers. They took sixteen weeks courses and three times tests. From the test results and analysis, we could find that the Pilates have great influence in muscular endurance and flexibility.
