金門地區國小高年級學童家長參與親子休閒活動之參與動機、休閒阻礙與效益之研究

A study of family leisure participation motivations, leisure constraints, and leisure benefits of elementary students' parents in Kinmen area

摘要


本研究以103 學年就讀金門地區國小高年級學童之家長為研究對象,旨在探討家長參與親子休閒活動參與動機、休閒阻礙及休閒效益之現況與差異情形,並分析休閒參與動機、休閒阻礙及休閒效益間的關聯性。針對400 位高年級學童家長採取問卷調查法,運用因素分析、t檢定、多變量變變異數分析以及Pearson's 相關分析。研究結果顯示:家長性別、參與者與學童的關係、家長年齡、教育程度、職業、居住鄉鎮在休閒參與動機之t 檢定及多變量變異數分析具有顯著差異。家長年齡、教育程度、家庭每月總收入、家庭狀況在休閒阻礙之t 檢定及多變量變異數分析具有顯著差異。家長年齡、教育程度、居住鄉鎮在休閒效益之t 檢定及多變量變異數分析具有顯著差異。休閒參與動機、休閒阻礙以及休閒效益因素均具有顯著正向關係。依據研究結果,建議家長應多陪伴孩童參與休閒活動,可增進自身健康、促進人際關係。政府或相關單位,可增加社區內休閒遊憩器材,並多利用講座與宣導,讓家長及學童了解休閒活動的內涵及益處。

The purpose of this research were to investigate the current situation and differences of motivation, constraints and leisure benefits for parents in Kinmen area to participate in parent-child activity, as well as to analyze the relationship between parents' leisure motivation, leisure constraints and leisure benefits. The subjects of this study were 400 parents whose children are fifth and sixth grade students from public elementary schools in Kinmen area in 2014-15. Questionnaire survey, factor analysis, one-way MONAVA and Pearson's relationships analysis were used to analyze the collected data. The results of this study were stated as follows: Parents' gender, relationships between participants and children, parents' age, education level, job, living area had significant differences in leisure motivation in MANOVA test. Parents' age, education level, monthly household income and family condition had significant differences in leisure constraints in MANOVA test. Parents' age, education level and living area had significant differences in leisure benefits in MANOVA test. Parents' leisure motivation, leisure constraints and leisure benefits were positively related. As a result, parents should accompany their children. By these ways, they can improve their health, promote interpersonal relationship. Government and relevant units are suggested to increase leisure and recreation equipment in communities to raise the motivation and opportunity for citizens; furthermore, make parents and children realize the meaning and advantages of leisure activities by giving lectures and guidance.
