本研究旨在瞭解國中羽球選手對於教練的領導行為、團隊凝聚力及自我滿意度的表現,研究結果將提供國中羽球隊教練在帶隊上之參考。本研究以立意抽樣方式進行,以中部地區國中羽球校隊選手為研究對象,共發出200 份問卷,剔除廢卷與無效問卷共回收有效問卷166 份,有效問卷回收率為83.0%,問卷所得數據以SPSS for Windows 18.0統計軟體進行處理,以描述統計、卡方檢定、獨立樣本t 檢定、變異數分析與Tukey 事後比較等方法進行分析,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、訓練天數在教練領導力及團隊凝聚力比較上達顯著差異,選手滿意度上則無顯著差異。二、年級對於教練領導力與選手滿意度比較上達顯著差異,一年級選手對於教練領導力與選手滿意度明顯高於三年級的選手。結論:一年級選手對於教練領導力的滿意度明顯較高於三年級選手,此結果可提供國中羽球教練在帶隊指導上之參考。
The purpose of this study is to understand the status of the badminton coach leadership behavior, team cohesion, and self-satisfaction. The results will provide a reference for coach in team leading. In this study, a total of 200 questionnaires, and 166 valid questionnaires were collected from badminton player of junior high school in Central Taiwan. The rate of effective questionnaire was 83.0% and the questionnaire data were obtained and analyzed by SPSS Windows 18.0, descriptive statistics, chi-square test, independent sample t test, variance analysis, and Tukey posteriori comparison. The significant different α = .05. The results shown: (1) There were significantly differences in training days to compare coach leadership and team cohesion, no significantly difference in player satisfaction. (2) There were significantly differences in grade, Grade 7 players in the coach leadership and player satisfaction was significantly higher than the grade 9 players. Conclusion: Grade 7 players for the coach leadership and player satisfaction is significantly higher than the grade 9 players, the results can provide a reference for badminton coach in team leading in junior high school.
