The purpose of this study is to make researches into current status of the travel attitude; travel motive; travel experience and travel information for the people coming from China to visit Taiwan and investigate the relation of variables. The population of this research is based on the people of China who meet the requirement of ”The people of China who is qualified to come to Taiwan to visit”, The questionnaire was sampled and investigated in Guangzhou City of China by stratified sampling. Data was collected, total 400 questionnaires with 341 valid ones, analyzed & verified by Descriptive Statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research is summarized as follows: The travel attitude of people of China affect the travel motive positively and directly, the travel information have an influence on the travel attitude and motive, meanwhile, affect the travel attitude positively and indirectly by way of media variable travel attitude as well.
