現今的台灣日語教育教界中,逐漸要求實務性的專門日語教育內容的趨勢,越加明顯。著眼時勢所趨,淡江大學日文系極力活用現有的有限資源,提供學生出社會前的職場技能訓練的機會,特別自1998年(87學年度)於大四課程中導入「畢業專題寫作與指導」(必修一個學分)的科目。實行至今14個年頭的「畢業專題寫作與指導」,雖然依附時勢、現實或多或少有所調整,仍貫徹學生藉由實踐學習技能,使得在校學習的日語能銜接上職場的教育理念。本論文主要是就此14年間實時的過程,當一範例研究,釐清「畢業專題寫作與指導」成果與課題。首先,介紹成立「畢業專題寫作與指導」課程之始末、課程概要、實行方式,以及至今的演變。繼之,以公定的職務執行能力指標,來一一對照本「畢業專題寫作與指導」課程可以訓練出學生的能力與職場技能。之後,以問卷調查的方式,檢測選課學生學習的效果以及意見。問卷調查結果顯示:學生普遍肯定也深刻體會到,接受「畢業專題寫作與指導」課程的訓練,是可以去除自己心理的障礙,具備出社會時所需的日文相關技能。由是可見,於大四課程中,導入實踐學習技能課程的安排,是有利學生及早意識到本身缺乏的能力並提早訓練,有助於畢業生銜接職場工作。本研究考察證明:「畢業專題寫作與指導」課程,是值得當作實踐學習技能之課程,來大力推行。
By the Japanese education of Taiwan, a demand to specialized Japanese for the effectiveness of occupation and business is increasing now. Therefore, this article has taken up the class of the ”graduation production and instruction” subject of Japanese department of Tamkang University as an opportunity of the practical occupation skill acquisition to be possible under the present conditions.This article has introduced a summary of the class practice, the change of contents and the summary of each current production theme. And this article has examined ability and skill that a student could train by a ”graduation product ion and instruction” subject from a competency concept. Finally this article has inspected the state that received training for various skills to become a member of society while a student got over a trial by a ”graduation production and instruction” subject from the questionnaire result to a student. It may be said that the class form such as ”the graduation production” has the effectiveness under the present conditions of the Japanese education of Taiwan as competency training becoming basic ability as the member of society.
