The purpose of this paper is to understand the relationships among the learning motivation, values, learning obstacle, and learning behavior coming from EMBA students. We mainly focuses on the EMBA class of national Chiayi University as the research object. The findings of this research show that there is a significant correlation between learning motivation and study behavior. The learning motivation of interest, external expectation, and social relation have an significant effect on the learning motivation of professional advancement; In addition, the learning values of the terminal values present an apparent influence in learning behavior. Regarding to the learning obstacles, personal factor and school factor also are important factors.
