風力作用下工業煙囪應力疲勞現象探討

Investigation of the Stress Fatigue Failure Phenomenon for an Industrial Stack under the Action of a Strong Wind

摘要


本文旨在探討工業煙囪受風力吹襲時共振擺動所引起之應力疲勞現象,該現象可能引發煙囪本體與支撐結構的破壞,本研究分析一座目前正在使用中的工業煙囪受季風吹襲所引起之應力疲勞現象,該現象已導致煙囪支撐結構的破壞,本文探討該煙囪之實地監測結果,期能提供業界在解決工業煙囪受風力吹襲所引起之結構異常問題時之參考。由疲勞分析結果顯示,煙囪有可能產生疲勞損傷,須儘速進行減振措施,以減少動態負荷。在另一方面,支撐鋼構雖未顯示出疲勞破壞之可能性,但若將焊道品質與應力集中之因素列入考量,則可能改變平均應力,使疲勞現象惡化。

This paper discusses the stress fatigue failure phenomenon of an industrial stack resulting from the resonant oscillation phenomenon caused by the action of a strong wind. This can lead to the structure fatigue of a stack and its support. In this research, a practical industrial stack in use suffering from the stress fatigue failure resulting from the resonant oscillation phenomenon caused by monsoon is investigated. The monitoring result of the stack is analyzed herein. The aim is to improve the structure failure problem of the stack and its support under the action of a strong wind.
