淺談少年桌球運動員選材

桌球運動員選材理論與方法已成爲運動科研的重要課題，通過客觀指標的測試，使經驗選材和科學選材結合起來，才能把深具潛力的人才從小挑選出來，進行有系統的科學訓練管理，以提升我國在世界桌壇之競技實力。根據桌球特點，桌球運動員科學選材應從身體形態、生理機能、身體素質、運動技能、心理素質等方面進行相關測驗和評價，藉此建立起少年桌球運動員之運動能力常模。選材的階段分爲（一）初選階段（二）複選階段（三）精選階段。近年來，大陸對於兒童桌球運動員選材標準已有了初步指標。我國仍停留在教練的主觀判斷與經驗選材階段，訓練系統與選材系統無法有效整合，以致中間出現斷層。因此，在不排除豐富經驗定性的基礎，輔以科學的定量分析，建立起少年桌球運動員之運動能力常模，挑選發掘出優秀的少年桌球運動員，施以科學化的訓練，未來在世界桌壇，穿金戴銀，揚名國際，指日可待。

The theories and methodologies for talent selection in table tennis athletes have become a critical issue for sports science research. Through the tests of objective indicators, both experience and science methodologies in talent selection can be integrated to screen out the talents with optimal potentials. Systematic science training and management can be conducted to improve our national table tennis competence among the global peers. Based on the features of table tennis sports, the talent selection for table tennis athletes should be operated with relevant tests and assessments in accordance with body figures, physical functions, physique quality, sports skills and psychological quality. By using the aforesaid assessments, sports capability models for adolescent athletes in table tennis can be established. The stages for talent selection can be divided into (1) the initial selection stage (2) the intermediate selection stage and (3) the final selection stage. For past few years, mainland China has created the preliminary indicator standards for talent selections among children in table tennis sports. For our own nation, we still stay at the premature stage entirely determined by coaches' subjective experience for talent selection. Training systems and talent selection systems cannot be effectively integrated to cause gaps in sports development. Therefore, without excluding the determination basis of ample experience, the talent selection is aided with scientific quantitative analysis to create ordinary sports capability models for table tennis athletes. Therefore, excellent adolescent talents in table tennis sports can be found to receive scientific training programs. In future, it can be certainly expected that these excellent talents can exert their potentials and gain the glorious reputation among global competitions.
