從SSCI資料庫探討全球文創產業之研究方向

An Empirical Study to Explore the Research Trend of Cultural Creative Industry from SSCI Database

摘要


我國經濟部「三業四化」政策,包括製造業服務化、服務業科技化和國際化、傳產業特色化,將於2013年推廣到文創業。其中,對於文創業而言,最可應用的範圍之一,就是文創業的科技化。未來的經濟是體驗經濟,文創業正是體驗經濟的高附加價值代表,根據「我國人才培育政策發展方向參考表」的分析,「如何提出更具創新之服務或營運」,實為各產業所缺核心人力所在。所以,能否提供更具「創新與科技化」的商務服務,將成為文創業的競爭力來源。因此,本研究的目的希望能探討文創產業的發展過程,我們從文獻探討與書目計量學的觀點,去探究全球文創產業未來的整體發展。本研究從Social Science Citation Index(SSCI)資料庫,使用「Cultural」與「Creative」作為關鍵字,檢核1994至2013年間的期刊文章,我們找到了1275篇文獻。首先,本研究將依據八個不同的類別,把全球文創產業的期刊文獻依不同的出版年代、文獻引用、出版國家、出版機構、文獻型態、使用語言、學科種類與出版期刊,對其進行歸納與整理分析。同時本研究中也將使用洛卡定律來分析期刊文獻與作者生產力的分布情形。透過以上的研究,本文期望可以為全球文創產業往後的研究、技術趨勢和預測的摘要,促進知識的積累與回顧技術擴散提供指標參考方向,藉此,學者對於文創產業相關的研究可以聚焦於核心優秀的學術期刊類別。這意味著在優秀期刊中,經常會產生這類學術領域的領導學者與優良文獻的現象。

According to the industry policies of Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan, the contexts will be extended to the cultural and creative business on 2013. Based on the viewpoint, the cultural and creative industry will be likely to technologize its business. The future trend of this kind of business model is to experience its service, and the cultural and creative business is the most suitable model by creating the high value-added service. After analyzing the training policy of human resource in Taiwan, it will be the core competition for employee to propose a more innovative services or operations for all industries. Thus, the ability to provide more innovation and technology of business services will become the sources of competition of cultural and creative industries. Therefore, this study analyzes research trends and forecasts of cultural creative research domain from 1994 to 2013 by locating heading ”cultural” and ”creative” in topic through bibliometric methodology in the SSCI database. The bibliometric analytical technique was used to examine the topics in SSCI journals from 1994 to 2013, and 1275 articles were found. This paper implemented and classified articles using the following eight categories-publication year, citation, country/territory, document type, institute name, language, source title and subject area-for different distribution status in order to explore the differences and how cultural creative research has developed in this period and to analyze technology tendencies and forecasts of cultural creative research under the above results. Also, the paper performs the K-S test to check whether the analysis follows Lotka's law. The study provides a roadmap for future research, abstracts technology trends and forecasts, and facilitates knowledge accumulation so that cultural creative researchers can save some time since core knowledge will be concentrated in core categories. This implies that the phenomenon ”success breeds success” is more common in higher quality publications.
