雲端應用於企業通訊即時整合系統建置之研究

摘要


全球經濟衰退的趨勢越來越明顯,對企業而言,提高核心競爭力已刻不容緩,尤其是中小企業,此時,在激烈的市場競爭中,越來越多的企業也都從單一的組織模式發展成了集團組織模式;轉型過程,資源整合、通訊管道等協同建設,無疑也成為企業必須解決之問題,大多數企業在強化管理制度時,都會面臨溝通不易問題,由於不同部門所採用的辦公軟體不一、部門間訊息溝通不良、傳遞速度緩慢,多公司、多機構、多部門、多工廠,再加跨域異地同時辦公,使得企業內部溝通、訊息即時共用更加困難。本論文之研究企圖將即時通訊、語音通話、視訊會議、表單簽呈、專案管理、請假管理等目前企業常用的通訊服務和協同辦公系統相互整合,且結合手機與PC等作業方式,運用於雲端環境中,確實做到「行動辦公室」的概念。系統經實驗及效益評估,其結果顯示,除可將資訊(Information)、資料(Data)、通訊(Communication)三者作水平整合,減少中小型企業在「溝通互動」與「資料交換」的時間,進而大幅提升工作效率及作業E化,同時行動裝置應用服務程式(Application,APP)將同步整合Web版資訊,不受時間與距離的束縛,有效增進企業群組下的溝通性。

Global recession trends are becoming evident. In terms of enterprises, it is essential to improve the core competitiveness, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs). At the same time, more and more enterprises are developed from a single organizational model to the Group's in the fierce market competition. The process of transformation, resources integration, communication channels and other collaborative groups undoubtedly become the problems that enterprises must solve. Most enterprises face on the communication problems as a result of the different software used by different departments, poor communication messages between departments, slow delivery of messages from companies, agencies, sections and cross-regional offices and make internal communication or message sharing more difficult.This research attempts to integrate the instant messaging, voice calls, video conferencing, official letters, management of project and leave, with mobile phone and PC in cloud environment. The goal achieve truly ”mobile office” concept.The system evaluated from experiments and benefit assessment, its result shows that except to integrate Information, Data and Communication horizontally to reduce the time for communication and the exchange of information from SMEs and thus greatly enhance the efficiency and E-operation.
