Easy Nail Art繽紛指甲搭配系統行銷企劃案

本研究係提出一套指甲與彩繪指甲搭配設計系統「Easy Nail Art繽紛指甲搭配系統」的行銷企劃書。該系統係在雲端存放最新流行的彩繪指甲樣本，並隨時更新資料庫，讓消費者能即時享有最新彩繪指甲資訊。系統分為行動裝置版與電腦版，可用於Android作業系統的智慧型行動裝置。消費者可藉由本系統選擇喜歡的彩繪指甲與自己的手指甲搭配，或是自行設計彩繪指甲；系統亦會依據消費者的指甲形狀給予選擇彩繪指甲樣式的建議。為了能自行設計彩繪指甲，本系統之每一個彩繪指甲皆有教學影片可供美甲師下載觀看。系統內建之顧客CRM系統，可幫助美甲店做好顧客管理。系統中之補貨訂購系統，更可以使美甲師針對其耗材使用的狀況，進行即時補貨。本企劃案係針對小本經營之美甲店與彩繪指甲消費者量身訂定的行銷策略。除了系統的軟體系統採月租的方式收費外，硬體則是儘量利用店內現有的電腦設備，所以租用店家只須付月租金即可享用所有的服務。雖然消費者以智慧型行動裝置下載本系統需花費NT$99元，但前往本系統推薦的美甲店消費，即可享VIP折扣，只需消費一次，即可回收下載App之費用。因為本系統之開發係結合系上之專題課程及創業學程，因此開發費用並不高。經過財務試算，美甲業者導入此系統第一年即會有獲利，而對於美甲店這種本小利多的服務業，相信本系統在3－5年內，一定能帶領美甲業進行一波新的服務流程改革。
