新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19,以下簡稱新冠)肆虐,使得全球原有的生活大亂,經濟活動遲滯,直接衝擊的行業即是服務業。雖然新冠疫苗陸續上市使用,但病毒不斷變種,無法預估何時能平息新冠疫情,所以會影響經濟活動多久,無法預測。更糟的是,各國皆無因應新冠疫情的經驗,和應變全球大封鎖的對策,導致反覆式的封城和解封,成為近來的常態,導致許多公司裁員或歇業。對於擔任貿易橋樑的展覽業者而言,如何渡過此危機,考驗著企業主的經驗與智慧。本論文使用文獻分析法說明服務業和個案研究的學理,繼而以深入訪談法探究個案貿友展覽事業股份有限公司,如何應變新冠疫情,維持其服務的品質,穩定客戶的支持度。藉由貿友展覽公司的個案研究(case study),反映業者共同的困境,期能提供同業一個解決的方式。
COVID-19 has been spreading all over the world, making global economy obstacle, directly on service business. No one knows how long it would take before a vaccine for it. What's worse, every business doesn't have any experience to tackle it, and deal with great lockdowns resulting in many companies closed. It is a challenge for owners' skill and wisdom that PEOs (Professional Exhibition Organizers), as a bridge between exhibitors and visitors, cope with and go through this crisis. This article is a case study to examine Wesexpo how to deal with the COVID-19 impact on the business, and maintain the service quality, less than before, that customers may accept, hopefully becoming a role model for the same trade.
