決策實驗室分析法探討社會企業擴展要素-工作整合型社會企業為例

Application of DEMATEL to the Key Elements of Social Enterprise Scaling-The Case of Work Integration Social Enterprises

摘要


本研究以SCALER模型為基礎,運用DEMATEL方法分析整合型社會企業高階主管在推動組織擴展時各種核心能力間的重要性與因果關係,再依據要素間的淨效果,繪製影響關係網路圖,以為工作整合型社會企業在規劃組織擴展策略時的參考依據。本研究發現「人事」與「刺激市場力量」是整合型社會企業高階主管在推動擴展時最關鍵的構面;「招募到有能力的員工」、「找到可以永續發展的方法」以及「證明銷售產品或服務可以解決社會問題」為整合型社會企業高階主管在推動擴展時最關鍵的要素;建議應改善強化之組織核心能力依序為「招募到有能力的員工」、「找到可以永續發展的方法」、「證明銷售產品或服務可以解決社會問題」、「提升產品或服務的競爭力」、「銷售產品或服務獲取利潤」、「開拓客源、培養忠實顧客」與「讓社會大眾知道我們在做什麼」。

Using the DEMATEL method to find the prominence, relation, and causal paths among constructs and factors, this research identified seven constructs, 15 factors based on Bloom and Chatterjis' SCALER model. It is suggested that 'staffing' and 'stimulating the market forces' are key constructs, while 'to be effective at meeting our labor needs with people who have the necessary skills,' 'to find ways that finance our activities that keep us sustainable,' and 'to demonstrate that market forces can resolve social problems' are key factors in the decision to scale up social enterprises. This research has also developed a framework for guiding strategy prioritization and sequencing.
