性侵害加害人社區處遇後評估結案之研究

摘要

研究目的：探討以治療者觀點對性侵害加害人評估結案的考量因素，並歸納結案指標。研究方法：半結構式問卷訪談十一縣（市）性侵害防治中心推薦的十二位治療者並以主題分析法分析資料，研究結果：治療者觀點評估加害人結案考量因素：一、內在想法改變。二、外在行為改變。三、生態系統資源的互相扶持。四、身心特質、精神疾患和物質或性成癮。五、環境監控的功能。六、依據評估量表。七、清楚評估小組委員關切焦點。研究結論：評估結案七項因素再分析歸納為四項指標：一、加害人呈現正向改變，二、環境的支持與監控，三、通過評估量表，四、符合評估小組審議標準。

Purpose: The research was to explore the factors and indexes that influenced how therapists considered about concluding a case after community-based treatment on sexual offenders. Based on analyzing the factors, the researcher further generalized the indexes for closing a case. Methods: Semi-interviewed was used to interview twelve therapists whom were recommended by eleven county or city centers for prevention of domestic violence and sexual assault and were with experienced therapeutic treatments for sexual offenders. The interview data were analyzed with thematic analysis. Results: Results showed seven factors would influence the therapists when deciding to close a treatment. They were (1) changes of sexual offender 'internal thinking and cognition, (2) changes of sexual offender's external behaviors, (3) support of the resource from ecological system, (4) conditions of sexual offender's psychological trait, mental illness, drug and sexual addiction, (5) operations of monitoring sexual offender system, (6) scores of evaluation scales, and (7) sexual offender assessment committee's considerations. Conclusions: seven factors were divided into four indexes: (1) offender's positive changes, (2) ecology system's monitor and support, (3) low scores on the risk of recidivism scales, (4) approval of the of committee.
