摘要

本研究為半結構深度訪談之質化研究，其中訪談五位男性於成年階段曾經歷性侵害被害事件者，邀請其敘說自身生命故事，以探究男性被害者經驗性侵害事件之創傷與調適。研究結果發現成年男性經驗性侵害事件狀態包括（一）被害身分之存在與忽視；（二）性侵害之重大創傷；（三）成年男性調適性創傷時的孤獨感；（四）人際互動封閉與生活範圍窄化；（五）情感疏離與親密關係減少；（六）男性之重要他人由非親密關係者替代，以及（七）成年男性因應調適的敘說力量。最後，本研究依據上述發現提出若干建議，包括：呼籲大眾正視男性被害事件、正面鼓勵男性說出被害經驗之重大傷害、實務場域倡議、系統合作。

This study aimed to understand the post-traumatic responses and coping experience of adult male victims of sexual assault. The subjects described their experience in the study. The author analyzed these stories to reveal and interpret their traumatic responses and coping behavior. This study used a qualitative, semi-structured in-depth interview approach. Five males who had experienced sexual assault in adulthood were invited to explore how they responded and coped. It is hoped that the findings of this study can help the public, key individuals and relevant professionals pay attention to and support adult male victims suffering stress and coping difficulties. The results showed that adult males of sexual assault (1) were overlooked as victims; (2)were traumatized by the sexual assault; (3) felt lonely in their coping experience; (4)were isolated in their interpersonal relationship and limited in their life space; (5)were emotionally alienated in their diminished intimacy; (6) replaced their significant and important personal connections with non- intimate relationships, and (7) were enabled to construct and transform their understanding of victimization through telling their experience. Last, based on the above findings, several recommendations were provided, such as appealing to the public to address male victimization; encouraging males to talk about the severity of their post-traumatic experience; advocacy, systems cooperation, and construction of affirmative intervention in practice. Implications for practice, service development, and research were discussed.
