摘要

雲林縣政府為了解老人尋求居家服務者的滿意度與服務績效，以作為相關老人尋求老人受服務者服務施政的依據，透過調查了解老人尋求居家服務者實際問題與滿意度，將有助於雲林縣政府與各目的事業主管機關提供各項居家服務方案和措施，使得老人尋求居家服務者獲得最適當的服務。本研究主要目的為蒐集本縣老人尋求居家服務者滿意度與服務等資料並分析當前老人居家服務個案之滿意度與該縣對老人居家服務個案供給狀況及服務績效其差距，作為有關老人居家服務個案方案設計與政策規劃之參據。

In order to evaluate the performances of home care for elderly people, Yulin County Government authorized authors to investigate the satisfactions of elderly people served by home care givers in different organizations. It will propose the initiatives and policies of home care services so that the government may provide an appropriate service for elderly people practically. This research was targeted at the satisfaction of recipients and the differences between items of care services planned and items delivered in reality. The performances of home care for elderly people in different organizations were analyzed. Conclusions and suggestions were proposed in the final section.
