某地區醫院員工推動社區健康營造計畫認同度之調查

A Study on the Employees' Commitment to Promoting Community Health Development Program in a District Hospital

摘要


目的:本研究主要目的為調查及探討某地區醫院員工對於醫院執行社區健康營造計畫之認同度。方法:以結構式問卷為主要研究工具,某醫院員工為研究對象,共發出問卷125份,回收有效問卷105份,回收率84%。結果:1.顧客構面上,護理部同仁之認同度偏低。2.內部流程方面,各部門均認同醫院目前努力之方向,但也認為會因執行計畫而增加工作負荷。3.學習成長方面,護理部同仁認同度較低。4.財務方面,各部門較有共識,其認同度均無達到統計上之顯著差異。5.其他方面,各部門均贊同醫院執行此計畫活動,且認同社區健康營造概念。結論:1.可增加志工招募與培訓,訂定完善的志工管理系統,以減輕院內工作同仁之負擔。2.可繼續加強醫院組織氣氛之營造,並學習相關技能,以提高組織成員之工作效率。3.可努力向地方機關行號爭取資源,以利社區健康營造之持續推動。4.護理部員工之認同度偏低,應對其多加宣導,以提升護理部員工對社區健康促進之認同與支持。

Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate the employees' commitment to promoting community health development program in a district hospital. Methods: Structured questionnaires were used as the main research tool and the employees in one district hospital were the study objects. Totally, 125 questionnaires were distributed and valid returned questionnaires were 105 with a return rate of 84%. Results: 1. In customer perspective, the nurses in nursing department showed lower commitment to promoting community health-building program. 2. As to the internal business processes, all departments agreed with current effort of hospital, however they also believed the execution of this program will increase their work loading. 3. In learning and growth perspective, the staff in nursing department also displayed lower commitment to promoting community health development program. 4. In financial perspective, no significant difference on the commitment was found although all departments have reached consensus on this program. 5. In other perspective, all departments agreed with the implementation of this program and the concept of community health development. Conclusions: 1. It is suggested to promote the volunteers recruiting and training and stipulate better volunteer management systems in order to reduce the work loadings of hospital employees. 2. It is suggested to continuously enhance the development of hospital organizational climate and learn the related skills in order to upgrade the work efficiency of the hospital employees. 3. More efforts are needed to acquire the resources from local government and firms in order to carry on the community health development programs. 4. More efforts should be put on nurses so as to improve their commitment and support.
