This study examined stress and quality of life in primary caregivers of children with severely intellectual disabilities. There were 276 samples which were from the primary caregivers of children with severely intellectual disabilities of certain institution of disabilities in Pingtung. The research method of this study was survey by questionnaire or telephone interview. There were 202 valid questionnaires, which made the responsive rate was 73.2%. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results explored: 1. The overall score of stress was belong to medium level. 2. The overall QOL in which physical health domain had the highest, whereas the environmental domain got the lowest.
