中重度智能障礙者之主要照顧者壓力及生活品質之研究

摘要

本研究主要在探討中重度智能障礙者之主要照顧者壓力、生活品質現況，以屏東縣某身心障礙機構15歲以上中重度智能障礙者之主要照顧者為研究對象，共有276位，藉由問卷調查或電話訪談，回收問卷202份，受訪率達73.2％。該問卷資料以描述性統計進行統計分析。問卷調查結果發現：主要照顧者的壓力趨於中等程度；生活品質中，最高的範疇為生理範疇，而最低為環境範疇。

This study examined stress and quality of life in primary caregivers of children with severely intellectual disabilities. There were 276 samples which were from the primary caregivers of children with severely intellectual disabilities of certain institution of disabilities in Pingtung. The research method of this study was survey by questionnaire or telephone interview. There were 202 valid questionnaires, which made the responsive rate was 73.2%. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results explored: 1. The overall score of stress was belong to medium level. 2. The overall QOL in which physical health domain had the highest, whereas the environmental domain got the lowest.
