「雙崎部落文化健康站」健康促進服務的現況與促進長者生活品質的研究

本文研究旨在了解「雙崎部落文化健康站」健康促進服務的現況，並探討其健康促進活動促進長者生活品質的情形，以及面臨的困境。本文採取個案研究法及深度訪談法，針對1名照顧服務員及4名長者，進行質性研究的資料蒐集與分析。研究發現，「雙崎部落文化健康站」的健康促進服務，確能促進長者的生活品質，並與其他相關研究的結果相符。有關健康促進服務推展的困境:如交通成本高、活動場地滑及廁所缺無障礙設施、文化課程缺乏專業講師、資源取得不易等問題。爰提出行政上的建議:（一）專案補助場地及資源缺乏的問題（二）辦理專業訓練（三）培育文化專才，另提出未來研究的建議。

The purposes of this research are to understand how the health promotion is currently doing at the Culture and Health Service Station in Shuang-chi Village, to confer if the promotion has actually helped the elderly's life quality in the village, and to find out if there are any difficulties when promoting the service. The research was achieved by taking individual case study and interview methods. Having interviewed one caretaker and four elderlies, I analyzed the information they offered under the guidance of qualitative research method. The study showed that the health promotion service in the village has indeed improved the elderly's life quality, and the outcome also fits the result from other related researches. When it comes to the difficulties to promote the service, they include the high cost on transportation, slippery floors in the hall where most events were held, the lack of free access for the disabled to in the toilet, no professional lecturers for social culture courses, shortage of related resources and so on. Therefore I obtained the conclusion as following: to sponsor the hall slippery floor fix cost and shortage of resources by the form of project, to have professional training, and to cultivate culture lecturers in social/aboriginal cultures. Besides, I would like to suggest a way for the further future research:。
