跨越國界的說與聽：外籍看護工情感導向照顧取徑的實踐

照顧品質並不僅於照顧技巧的完備，也包括對於「人」的關照之情。本研究目的為透過外籍看護工與被照顧的長者間，彼此分享自己的生命故事，在生命故事分享團體中，進行個人的生命敘說、傾聽與發問；藉由生命故事的流動，建立起「敘說者」、「傾聽者」彼此在同一空間與時間的共同意義，期望引起照顧關係的變化，達到照顧提供者情感工作的投入，及被照顧者心理需求的滿足。研究將以機構照護模式之照護者與被照護者為研究對象，以團體活動方式進行，讓機構聘僱之外籍看護工、及被照顧的長者輪流說敘說自己的生命經驗，共辦理8場次，每一場次活動時間約60分鐘。團體活動的介入，以故事作為人類的共同經驗與原型，故事分享的同時，也彼此分享了關係。照護關係應該注入情感的連結，關係的建立須要時間也須要故事，透過彼此的生命故事，讓照顧者與被照顧者對彼此更加開放、接納，注入情感性導向於照顧互動歷程。研究建議照護機構應主導辦理生命故事團體，促進機構內部照顧者與被照顧者的人際交流與分享，降低外籍看護工的照顧工具性角色，有助於營造照顧情境的友善氛圍。

Health care is not the only skill of care, but it also includes emotional care of ＂human being.＂ The main purpose of this study is to explore the interaction between foreign care labor and older adults, sharing their life stories, in life story sharing group. According to the life stories, creating meaning connect ＂telling＂ and ＂listening＂ into same space and time. The intervention will induce the changing process of care relationship between them, further much emotional care work from the caregiver, and satisfied mental need of care-receiver. The research subject includes caregiver and care-receiver in institutional care model, employs a series of group activities, turn sharing their life experience between the foreign care labor and the older adults, total 8 group activities were held, one group activity is about 60 minutes. The intervention of group activity is life stories of the human being shared experience and original type, sharing life story and sharing each relationship. Care relationship should be involved in emotional connections, builds relationship should spend time and life story. It is much openness and involving between caregiver and care-receiver while sharing each life story. Conclusion application, much emotional approach interaction of care process will decrease this role of effective care in foreign care labor.
