臺灣大專網球選手完美主義之研究

本研究採用問卷調查法，其目的爲探討目前臺灣大專網球選手完美主義之現況及在不同背景之大專網球選手完美主義的差異情形，以提供國內教練做爲訓練之參考。研究結果顯示，臺灣大專網球選手之完美主義以「個人高標準」構面得分最高；一、「父母壓力」和「教練壓力」構面有顯著差異，公開組皆高於一般組選手；二、女性選手「關注失誤」高於男性選手，「個人高標準」則男性選手較高；三、年齡較輕選手感受「父母壓力」多於年長選手，而20-21歲之選手「教練壓力」比19歲（含）以下選手重；四、球齡5-7年之網球選手「父母壓力」得分依序高於2-4年及1年（含）以下選手，1年（含）以下選手「關注失誤」則是明顯高於8年（含）以上選手。

This research adopts the survey of questionnaire. The purpose is to search the situation of the perfectionism of the university tennis players now and the differences between the players from different background on the perfectionism in order to provide the coaches in Taiwan as the reference of training. The research indicates that the aspect of the ”Personal Higher Standard” is in the majority. 1. The aspects of ”pressure from parents” and ”pressure from coach” have obvious differences. All public players are higher than normal players. 2. The ”Concerning Fault” of female players is higher than male players; however, the ”Personal Higher Standard” of the male player is higher than female players. 3. The younger players have more ”pressure from parents” than older players and the players from the age of 20 to 21 have more ”pressure from coach” than the players under the age of 19 (including 19). 14. The ”pressure from parents” of the players who have played for 5 to 7 years is higher than the players who have played for 2 to 4 years and 0 to 1 year, but the ”Concerning fault” of the players who have played for less than 1 year is obvious higher than the players who have played for more than 8 years (including 8 years).
