目的:分析體育教師如何適當應用幽默,進行課程教學及班級經營,並顧及師生身心健康的情況下,順利完成教育工作,希冀提供體育教育工作者與教育行政機關參考之用。方法:運用文獻分析法,分析與整理過去幽默學理之相關資料與文獻,並使用觀察法,檢視體育教師實施課程講解和技能示範的過程,提出幽默於體育教師教學之應用。結論:體育教師可應用幽默創造、幽默欣賞與理解、幽默因應等三個構面於體育教學中,而適時的使用幽默,能夠提升教師人際與魅力,並能營造快樂輕鬆的教學環境,對學生與教師之身心皆有正面的影響。建議:未來研究可探討幽默於體育相關產業的組織中的應用,如體育教學組織、運動行銷公司等,讓幽默的正面助益提供給更多教育工作者及職場員工。
Purpose: Analyzing how and when PE teachers should apply humor to their teaching and to the arrangement of their classes. And how they could properly complete their educational tasks without ignoring the health and mental condition of both the teachers and students. I hope to provide my research as a reference to educational workers and government. Method: With the help of document analysis, I analyzed and organized documents and materials that have to do with "humor theory". I also utilized observation method to examine the process of PE teachers introducing and demonstrating their knowledge and skills to students, then brought up the theory of apply humor to the teaching. Conclusion: PE teachers are able to apply this theory by creating humor, appreciating and realizing humor, responding to humor. This helps teachers to enhance their relationship and charm, building a relaxing and cheerful learning environment which has positive effect on both teachers and students. Suggestion: Researches in the future can focus on how to apply humor to sports and other related industries like PE organizations and sports marketing companies. It's definitely a great thing to offer the positivity of humor to millions of educational workers and ordinary staff.
