網球擊球與截擊教學先後順序對技能學習表現之影響

The Influence on Tennis Teaching Order of Hitting The Ball and Volleys on Motor-skill Learning Performance

摘要


緒論:本研究的主要目的在探討網球擊球與截擊教學先後順序對技能學習表現的影響。方法:經問卷調查後以135名沒有網球運動經驗的大學生為實驗者(平均年齡為18.50歲、平均身高為167.87公分、平均體重為60.59公斤),經網球2個星期基礎教學後,分為後場擊球組與網前截擊組,依教學先後順序實施4個星期擊球動作技能學習與4個星期截擊動作技能學習,再依教學先後順序實施1個星期擊球與截擊測驗。所得之數據以二因子混合設計變異數分析來檢驗各組擊球與截擊先後順序在技能學習表現測驗的差異性。再依其顯著性進行單純主要效果或主要效果的分析,若達顯著差異以LSD法進行事後比較。結果:在動作表現品質成績為網前截擊組獲得優異的教學成效,在技能學習動作表現品質優於後場擊球組。在動作準確表現成績為網前截擊組獲得優異的教學成效,在技能學習動作準確表現優於後場擊球組。結論:在技能學習表現上,先實施截擊技能教學再實施擊球技能教學,在技能學習動作表現及準確表現上會有較優異的影響效果,亦可產生學習遷移及學習保留的影響效果。

Introduction: The research aims to investigate the influence of teaching order of hittings and volleys on motor-skill learning performance. Methods: We took 135 college students all without tennis playing experience as experimental subjects (the average age, height, and weight of them are 18.50 year-old, 167.87 centimeter, and 60.59 kilograms respectively). After the two-week fundamental instruction, the participants were divided into two groups, which were hitting in the back court and hitting near the net. According to the order of teaching, we conducted a four-week hitting-stance learning course and a four-week volley-stance learning. Afterwards, we conducted a one-week hitting and volley test according to the teaching order. The obtained data were analyzed with two-way. ANOVA, mixed design to inspect the performance difference of different order of teaching hitting and volleys. Moreover, we analyzed the data for the simple main effect and main effect with the distinctiveness. If the data had significant differences, we afterwards compared them with LSD measurement. Results: on the result and score of motor performance, group volleying in front of the net got better teaching effectiveness. The performance quality of motor-skill learning is superior to the group hitting in the back court. On the result and score of accurate performance, the group volleying in front of the net also got better teaching effectiveness. The accurate performance of motor-skill learning is superior to the group hitting in the back court. Conclusion: The result showed that teaching volleys earlier than hitting would have better effect on motor-skill learning and accurate performance, which also gave rise to the effect of learning transfer and learning maintenance.
