The objective of this study is to explore the relationship of learning motivation and learning satisfaction of the CEO Students in EMBA program for increasing their learning satisfaction and for better meeting the education demand of the industry. This study uses the EMBA program of National Chiayi University as a case study. The statistical tools employed include correlation analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis. The independent variable is learning motivation, the dependent variable is learning satisfaction, and the moderate variables are gender, age, occupation, annual income, job levels and job types. This study finds that for the CEO students their learning motivation is correlated with their learning satisfaction. Moreover, the moderate variables do significantly influence the dependent variable.
