Survey of Satisfaction with Organizational Learning Activities

摘要


組織學習的理論發展從1970年開始即廣被討論,文章中企圖觀察醫療院所推動組織學習之過程,運用學習滿意度的進行質性與量化的探討,研究結果藉以了解組織學習的活動設計、訓練的評估模式將影響組織之學習的成效,以及研究機構高階主管的支持因素將影響組織學習行爲的改變。

The organizational learning theory has been extensively discussed since 1970. This paper explores how organizational learning is promoted in hospitals and investigates satisfaction with organizational learning activities using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results are expected to help us understand the impact of activity designs and evaluation models on organizational learning effectiveness as well as how the support of high-ranking supervisors influences organizational learning behaviors.
