對民主之仇：論一種「非分之分」的恐怖政治

摘要

本文主要是對當代法國思想家賈克．洪席耶（Jacques Rancière）政治哲學思想的梳理，從洪席耶對「政治」（politics）與「治安」（police）的區辨，以及在其「無分之分」（part of no part）的基礎上，提出「非分之分」（part of non part）的問題與爭議。意指那些在共同體內部被壓抑，又處於「無分之分」外部的一些無法被代言的聲音。接著以當前歐洲內部興起的恐怖攻擊為引，反思洪席耶政治哲學思想中政治、民主論述的盲域與界限。

This paper is mainly about contemporary French thinker Jacques Rancière's political thoughts are sorted out from the distinction between ＂politics＂ and ＂police＂ by Jacques Rancière, as well as his ＂part of no part＂ On this basis, further raise the issue and controversy of ＂part of non part＂. It means those voices that are suppressed within the community and are in ＂part of non part＂ that cannot be endorsed. Then take the current terrorist attacks in Europe as a case to reflect on Jacques Rancière the blind domain and boundary of politics and democracy in political philosophy.
