獨居老人居家生活需求模式評估之研究－以台灣雲林縣古坑鄉為例

摘要

近年。獨居老人因為身體逐漸老化，無人照顧的前提下，逐漸成為社會隱憂。本研究目的以發現獨居老人的生活需求為主要探詢議題，並希望可以此結果為基礎，對獨居老人的居家生活需求與設計有所建樹。
本研究分為四個階段進行評量表的研究建構，分別利用深入訪談法、德菲法、層級分析法AHP等建構評量因子與權重。根據確認的評估因子與分數權重，構成最後的「獨居老人居家生活需求評鑑標準評分表」。
依照評量表，針對雲林縣古坑鄉40位獨居老人進行實際測試，發現分數大都介於B級分數至C級分數之間。研究調查發現，古坑鄉的獨居老人生活空間與設施均不適合獨居老人的生活需求。

Because the body of old man living alone wears out gradually, under the prerequisite which nobody looks after, become the social worry issue. This research, in order to find the life demand of old man living alone as mainly inquiring, hope to be based on this result, make the life demand of old man living alone to be better.
This research divide into four research stages to construct comment scale, deepen interview, Delphi, and Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP. According to assessment factor and mark weight confirmed finally, become the last one ”Grade form of The Lives Demand Assessment for Old Man Living Alone”.
According to commenting scales measure actually to 40 old men living alone in Gukeng Township Yunlin County in Taiwan, finally find marks mostly lie between B grade and C grade. Discovering living space and facility are not fit for the solitary old man.
