環境視覺藝術之公共空間地景再造研究

A Study of Environmental Art to Public Space of Value Regeneration

摘要


90 年代由文建會陸續推出「公共藝術」及「社區總體營造」兩項文化政策,試圖從環境中重建文化與視覺傳達的角度切入,促進民眾的向心力及重建人與人、人與環境及人與社區的和諧關係,進而帶動地方社區的全面改造與發展。早期已有許多從街頭藝術(Street Art)之相關研究,而透過街頭藝術衍生之空間視覺場域相關研究,也愈來愈多的研究分析者,開始挖掘相關議題並且產生如文化意涵、文化認同甚至是如何再造文化藝術價值的相關議題是值得探討的。本研究藉「環境視覺中的街頭塗鴉藝術」與「社區壁畫」深入分析空間場域存在意義及藝術、文化與環境如何產生連結價值。簡言之,在日常生活中,可以體會到有許多「視覺場域」的存在,而「視覺場」也存在著許多文化意涵與藝術形式的深層價值,倘若以多元面向的藝術觀點來看待,這些視覺符碼是有存在的必要性。本研究主要透過文獻分析為主要研究基礎,配合相關參考文獻之佐證,藉以瞭解文化藝術之「公共空間地景再造」的風格與發展,進而帶動地方社區的全面改造與永續發展。

The Executive Yuan Council for Cultural Affairs offers the concept of the total community construction and the plan of policy in December, 1993. In recent years, community empowerment is received a lot of attention in Taiwan. The government invested capital, human resource and cooperation into community empowerment for a long time. In addition, an increasing number of researchers start to explore the Taiwanese localization of graffiti, and related issues such as wall murals, cultural identification and rejuvenation of community development. This research method is utilizes the texture analysis and documental analysis. We will follow the use of hermeneutics and communication functions as our research theories. This study discovers that the style and development of the present street graffiti have been changed with time and environment. At the same time, the trend of street graffiti can integrate art with space and skillfully building an amiable environment. In other words, how to generate the far-reaching issues of environmental art from community development and recognition of street graffiti is the key point of the analysis and interpretation of this study.
