關係霸凌受害者之經驗與後續效應之質性探究

A Qualitative Study of the Recalled Relational Victimization and the Long-Term Outcomes

摘要


同儕受害經驗近年引起學者關注,國內外研究發現關係霸凌受害經驗與心理社會的不良適應有關。本研究採質性研究的深度訪談,邀請10位過往曾有關係霸凌受害經驗的受訪者,進行個別訪談,以了解其經驗,希冀研究結果深入了解同儕關係霸凌受害經驗,作為教育與輔導介入之參考。研究結果發現:一、受害者自我解讀被排擠經驗為:問題癥結在自己,而採負面自我歸因;涉入糾結的關係,致使被排擠。二、當下的因應之道包括:從現實遁逃,寄望未來能脫離困境;藉自傷或興趣,以傾瀉情緒;尋求外部協助,而多未獲支持。三、後續效應包括:負面情緒持續存在,且難以平復,傷痛依舊;持續地對人際互動抱持懷疑與焦慮,而採取各種自我保護或測試他人的因應策略。研究依據分析結果,針對實務層面及研究方向提出建議。
