個別認知行為治療對國小兒童焦慮情緒的輔導成效

The Efficacy of Individual Cognitive-Behavior Therapy for Primary School Children with Anxiety Emotion

摘要


焦慮是國小兒童常有的情緒,若未受良好的治療或輔導,很容易產生焦慮之症狀,影響學童生活適應,認知行為治療是最被廣泛使用在焦慮情緒兒童的治療方式。本研究主要目的在探究焦慮情緒的兒童轉介至國小輔導室後的個別諮商歷程,採個案研究法,以一位具有焦慮情緒的兒童為個案,進行十週的個別認知行為治療,透過諮詢與導師及家長合作,並以案主的焦慮經驗為治療重心,考量其認知發展,運用故事繪本進行心理衛教。研究以回溯方式記錄諮商會談內容,並以樣版分析法從十份個案紀錄及十週的輔導教師工作週誌中,分析個案在引發事件中的認知思考模式與行為之關係,以個案自陳焦慮情緒的程度,與個案家長、導師的會談內容,評估輔導成效。研究結果發現:一、個別認知行為治療對國小焦慮兒童具有療效。二、在國小進行兒童個別認知行為治療,需和導師與家長進行系統合作,同時考量個案的認知發展狀況。
