The Interventions of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy on Trauma Issues

摘要

本文旨在說明「以建構解決之道為焦點」的焦點解決短期治療，在呼應「創傷知情實務」的理念下，協助歷經創傷經驗當事人的四個重要工作方向，主要包括：1.於晤談開始階段，如何營建傾聽、接納、理解的正向開場，並與當事人本人而非其創傷經驗建立關係；2.協助當事人不被創傷經驗所限而能繼續向前，並發展出個人所欲的未來願景與具體諮商目標；3.探究當事人因應創傷經驗的優勢資源與微小成功經驗，以產生知覺轉移效益以及應對創傷機制的發展；以及，4.協助當事人於生活脈絡中，落實當前可行的具體因應行動，關注細微的正向變化，以帶動富有自我賦能的正向螺旋成長。於各個重要工作方向中，本文除了提及諮商進行時的重要注意事項外，亦介紹配合創傷議題運用的焦點解決短期治療代表技術（如：奇蹟問句、假設問句、例外問句、因應問句、評量問句、一般化、以及重新建構等），以期能發揮焦點解決短期治療中對話共構過程之語言運作與治療效益。
