校園自殺危機協談之原理、架構與案例示範

Suicide Crisis Negotiation on Campuses: Theoretical Background, Conceptual Framework, and Case Examples

摘要


隨著兒少青年自殺死亡率和校園自殺自傷事件發生率逐年攀升,輔導和教育工作者感受到前所未有的衝擊與壓力。為提升實務工作者危機處遇能力,本文根據自殺學理論及相關實徵研究,說明負向情緒與自殺危機的關連;再根據精神分析與現象學對於自殺經驗的知識論,探討協助自殺危機案主從經驗重建依附並形成連繫方法論點;接著,本文採納美國聯邦調查局發表「行為影響階段模式-修訂版」(behavioral influence stairway model-revised),說明危機協談不僅僅是在中止自殺自傷行為,更是重建現場的聯繫關係,並以二個實務案例示範該模式在校園自殺危機現場的應用。
