競爭性自我呈現關注量表信效度分析

An Analysis of Validity and Reliability of Competitive Self-Presentation Concerns Inventory

摘要


本研究以Williams,Hudson and Lawson (1999)建立的「競爭性自我呈現關注量表」予以中文化並加以修訂,建立一份適合測量臺灣地區參與競技比賽參與者心理測量的中文工具。本量表依據James and Collins (1997)、Leary (1992)、Williams et al.(1999)所提出自我呈現的理論編製競爭性自我呈現關注量表為理論基礎,包含4個因素,關注別人的印象(印象)、害怕出現不能勝任(勝任)、害怕出現無法應付的壓力(壓力)、關注目前的型式(型式),共計16題,以412名曾經參與運動比賽的大學生為樣本。本研究包含兩個研究,量表經項目分析、探索式因素分析、驗證式因素分析以及同時多群組共變數分析,顯示該量表有極佳信效度。

The study was based on Competitive Self-Presentation Concerns Inventory proposed by Williams, Hudson and Lawson (1999) and aimed to develop a revised scale of Chinese version for Taiwanese athletes. The theoretical foundation of the scale was according to self-presentation theory by James and Collins (1997), Leary (1992), Williams et al. (1999) that includes four factors, concern over others' impressions, fear of appearing incompetent, fear of appearing unable to cope with pressure, concern over current form with a total of 16 questions. The sample was 412 college students who has participated in sports competitions. This study is consist of two studies, scales of item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and Simultaneous Multigroup Covariance Analyses, which showed the scale has excellent reliability and validity.
