我國女子職業高爾夫選手參賽效率與技術落差比率之研究

摘要

本研究主要目的為探討2010年美國女子職業高爾夫協會選手的參賽效率，同時檢視影響選手參賽效率的決定因素與技術落差比率。研究方法採用資料包絡分析法與共同生產邊界函數，衡量我國選手參賽效率與技術落差比率；。結果顯示：包括我國選手曾雅妮達到參賽有效率；包括我國選手龔怡萍、洪沁慧、與盧曉晴在111名選手中分別排名為60名、83名、67名。比較與亞洲其他國家選手之差異，龔怡萍、洪沁慧、盧曉晴之TGR值分別是0.797、0.238、與0.330，仍待提升。結論：我國參賽效率低之選手，須努力提升至最佳生產技術水準。

The purposes of this paper were to evaluate the golfers' performance and the technology gap ratio of the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) in 2010. This study which used data envelopment analysis (DEA) and meta-frontier production function was to evaluate the efficiency scores and conducted technology gap ratio of Taiwanese lady golfers. The results included: Yani Tseng achieved efficient approach, and Candie Kung, Amy Hung and Teresa Lu ranked 60th, 83th, 67th. To compare to Asian lady golfers, the TGR of Candie Kung, Amy Hung and Teresa Lu were not only 0.797, 0.238, and 0.330, but also had to improve. Conclusions revealed that this study was explained how inefficient Taiwanese lady golfers to advance efficiency and competitive.
