The purposes of this paper were to evaluate the golfers' performance and the technology gap ratio of the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) in 2010. This study which used data envelopment analysis (DEA) and meta-frontier production function was to evaluate the efficiency scores and conducted technology gap ratio of Taiwanese lady golfers. The results included: Yani Tseng achieved efficient approach, and Candie Kung, Amy Hung and Teresa Lu ranked 60th, 83th, 67th. To compare to Asian lady golfers, the TGR of Candie Kung, Amy Hung and Teresa Lu were not only 0.797, 0.238, and 0.330, but also had to improve. Conclusions revealed that this study was explained how inefficient Taiwanese lady golfers to advance efficiency and competitive.
