摘要

三年來走訪拿大各城市考察採摘農業園、多功能農場、休閒農場、鄉村動物園、森林旅遊區、特色農業與加工區和農貿市場、鄉村典型歐美風格小鎮等鄉村旅遊現況。通過對加拿大相關鄉村旅遊業態經營管理分析歸類有：現代化大型農場、小規模有機農場、休閒觀光農場、多功能農場、採摘農業園、葡萄園農莊、農家旅館、森林旅遊、鄉村度假屋、快樂農民、鄉村農業景觀等；也發現加拿大鄉村與中國的農戶集中村莊不同，多是分散農戶經營自家的農場或人口較集中的鄉村小鎮，因此，經營型態和生活方式也不同，人們經常下鄉觀光農業景觀和鄉村景觀，對調理心情，促進健康很有意義，所以，也希望藉此文章喚醒現代人要學會觀賞美景，愉悅心情，快樂生活和享受美景的幸福。

I have visited picking agricultural yards, multi-functional farms, leisure farm, rural zoos, forest recreation area, featured agricultural and processing areas and farmer’s markets, typical rural and western style towns to investigate the rural tourism situations in Canada over the past three years. Analysis on operating management of the rural tourism form of Canada shows that its rural tourist industry consists of large modern farms, small organic farms, leisure farm, multi-functional farms, picking agricultural yards, vineyards, farm inns, forest recreation area, self-catering gîtes, happy peasant sites, rural agricultural landscapes, and there is also a difference between villages of Canada and centralized villages of China, i.e. most of them are farms operated by dispersed farmers or major population country towns. Therefore, business type and life style are also different. People often go to villages to visit agricultural landscape and rural landscape, which are significant to regulate mood and promote health, so I wish that modern people can learn how to enjoy beautiful sceneries, and live happily through this paper.
