旅遊地產品創新個案探討-以臺灣休閒農業區為例

Product Innovations in a Destination-A Case Study of the Agricultural Leisure Area in Taiwan

摘要


隨著全球觀光產業的高度競爭,觀光創新已成為獲取競爭優勢的重要策略之一。過去觀光創新議題多著重以企業個體為研究對象,然觀光系統是以多元且複雜之旅遊地建構而成,且觀光創新產品發展係以旅遊地層級為基本範疇,應將其視為區域創新系統概念加以探討。有鑒於此,本研究首先透過文獻回顧觀光創新與旅遊地創新研究發展,並選定休閒農業區作為旅遊地研究對象,以其休閒農業區領導者作為深度訪談對象。最後,以個案探討方式了解其旅遊地產品創新發想過程,本研究初步歸納旅遊地創新影響因素為:核心資源、網絡、領導者人格特質。

With a highly competitive global tourism industry, tourism innovation has seen an important policy to gain competitive advantage. Issues about tourism innovation were more emphasis on the companies for studying in the past, however the tourism system is constructed from destination as the basic category level and polybasic and complicated, it should be considered as the concept of innovation system of regions to be explored. In view of that, the study reviewed the literatures about tourism innovation and destination innovation, and selected the recreational agriculture regions as the research objects then to interview this recreational agriculture regions leaders. Finally, explore the ways about its tourism product innovation by case studies. It found the influences of destination innovation factors from the preliminary studies are core resources, networks and leader personality traits.
