台灣民宿產業經營成功關鍵因素之研究－以南台灣合法民宿探討未來經營趨勢

Key Success Factors for the Operating of Hostel Industry in Taiwan: An Exploration of the Trends of Legal Hostels in Southern Part of Taiwan

摘要

隨著消費者對休閒、度假的重視，促使國內的民宿如雨後春筍般地蓬勃發展，針對國內的休閒旅遊，不論是在本島或者是外島，都希望能找到一個有特色、寧靜、又舒適的自然環境，以立意抽樣選取南、高、屏三縣，交通部觀光局登錄之合法民宿190家作為研究對象，研究資料2010年2~4月，以郵寄方式發出問卷190份，回收有效問卷115份，有效回收率61%，分析研究結果，運用現有經營較好的民宿，找出創業可行的的途徑與永續經營的模式，供有意經營民宿和選擇民宿休閒與從事其他研究之參考。

The increasing needs of recreations foster the rapid development of hostels in Taiwan for both its main-island and off-shore islands. The owners of hostels try to provide special, calm and comfortable environments for their guests. This research aimed to explore the keys to the successful operating among the 190 legal hostels in Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Pingtung. From February to April, 2010, totally 115 surveys (61%) out of 190 ones were available for analysis. Based on the successful cases, the researchers synthesized the feasible methods and sustained management models for operators and related further research.
