青少年濫用新興毒品咖啡包成因分析

摘要

新科技世代來臨社會快速發展，國際間交流「頻繁」，社會進步多元下，造成毒品種類日新月異，衍生許多毒品犯罪問題。據官方統計，青少年藥物濫用人數有增多的趨勢，而其中新興毒品咖啡包氾濫更為嚴重，因而本研究目的希望探討青少年施用新興毒品咖啡包之成因，瞭解新興毒品危害模式，尋求解決之道，有效杜絕新興毒品危害。本研究方法係以紮根理論研究方法深度訪談10位與毒品工作相關的專業人員，研究結果發現，青少年施用毒品成因在初次施用毒品年齡落在高中、國中階段，而施用的毒品種類多為新型混合毒品咖啡包，在年齡愈小愈早接觸抽菸、飲酒、檳榔物質使用，而後接觸毒品的頻率就越高；另青少年施用毒品咖啡包行為與好奇及同儕互動學習而來，加上毒品咖啡包價錢可及性、廉價性、流通性高、易取得、好攜帶、購買容易，深受年輕人喜愛。面對新興毒品價格較低廉且取得容易，危害也日益嚴重，所以國人不應忽視此問題，而應深入探究青少年藥物濫用現況，瞭解新興毒品危害模式，不要讓新興毒品取得容易成為一時間藉口，正視其危害嚴重性與影響性，透過本研究的告警提供教育與司法等公部門及民間社會團體杜絕新興毒品危害青少年的重要參考。

This study analyzes the factors and causes of adolescents using emerging drugs to aim to effectively reducing the risk in the teenagers caused from emerging drugs. The research shows that the first-time experience in using drugs of adolescents happened around the periods of junior high school or high school, and most of the type in drugs is formed as the coffee pack which is attracted to the teenagers. The method of the research is based on the grounded theory and interviews with 10 professionals related to drug work. According to the research, the higher exposure time in drugs can be caused from the experience in the earlier age of using cigarette, alcohol, betel nut, and so on. The behavior in using drugs is always imitated from the addicted peers. The drug coffee pack is very popular among the teenagers because the price of drug coffee packs is affordable, easily obtained, and portable. Therefore, everyone shall be seriously deal with the abuse of emerging drugs in the teenagers. Due to this serious problem, this research gives a warning to look forward to effectively reducing the risk in the teenagers caused from emerging drugs.
