摘要

八仙山事業區（仙區）126林班位於台8線公路里程約20公里處之大甲溪左岸，民國九十年桃芝颱風挾帶大雨過境，使該區發生嚴重之土石流災害。八仙山事業區126林班所在之大甲溪左岸，集集地震時造成集水區上游大量崩塌，桃芝颱風之大量豪雨觸發大量溪谷土石流動，則為此次土石流發生之主因。本研究針對現地調查之結果，以生態工法為規劃理念，施作該區之復建工程，俾提供日後相關整治工程之參考。

The 126 stand of Mount. Ba-Xian business district is located beside the Taiwan 8 highway and the Da-Jia river. Typhoon Toraji which had a heavy rainfall, struck this area with serious debris hazard in 2001. The 126 stand of Mount. Ba-Xian business district is located at the left bank, where the Chichi Earthquake had earlier caused several landsides upstream. The debris flow or debris torrent was triggered by the considerable rainfall brought about by Typhoon Toraji. Field surveys were applied to help the works of resuscitation measures with ecological regulation engineering sense. And hoped to offer some suggestions for natural engineers in the feature.
