摘要

臺東032土石流潛勢溪流經劃定為特定水土保持區復，由於相關整治工程均以完成，因此辦理治理成效檢討工作，作為通盤檢討劃定修訂或廢止的參考。調查分析結果得知目前本區內之工程構造物大部份仍為完好，但原治理規劃計畫並無考量未來可能發生泥砂下移的情形，故建議能補充施作況砂池，以更強化該地區的泥砂災害防治能力。

After the relevant to renovate the project in order to finish, the treatment works of administration effect must be taken. The investigate and analysis result learn that it is still intact to most construct instruments of the whole project in this district at present, but the original project did not considered the situation of sediment shift down may take place to control in the future, so advise supplementing and constructing the sediment deposit pond, it can prevent and let ability rising for the sediment disasters even more.
