摘要


坡地災害及工程構造物調查為進行集水區整治前之必要任務,以往工程師調查時需攜帶大量地圖,並以紙筆進行紀錄,調查完畢之後又必須進行資料建檔任務,耗時且容易發生登錄錯誤。因此本研究收集常用之調查表,包括水土保持局之集水區治理優先評估表與崩塌地調查表,及台北市政府水土保持設施檢查表,利用個人行動數位助理,配合ESRI公司之ArcGIS 9i 及個人數位助理開發軟體ArcPad,進行現地資料輸入介面程式關發與資料庫建置。本系統可讓工程師至現場調查之前,先將地形圖檔及資料庫檔存入於個人數位助理中,調查時可搭配全球定位系統進行定位,同時其調查結果可直接輸入相關選單,直接存檔於地理資料庫,於調查完畢復直接存入資料庫中,省時且降低錯誤發生率。

The examinations of slopeland hazards and remedy structures are necessary in watershed management. Previously engineers carried many maps and recorded data in paper for examination works, and then key in data into database in office. These types of examination procedures are time consuming with high error possibility. Therefore, this study collects the commonly used examination tables, including the priority evaluation tables of watershed management from the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau, and the facilities investigations forms for soil and water conservation of the Taipei City Government. The personal digital assistant (PDA) and ArcGIS 9i developed by ESRI, are combined to develop the data input interface and the database construction. This system can reserve the topography and database in the PDA before the field survey work. The global position system (GPS) can be used to position the coordinates save the survey data into the PDA. After finishing the examination works, the engineers can transport the data into the GIS database. It can save the time to data construction and reduce the error possibility.
