碼崙溪集水區土砂災害之研究

摘要


本研究以宜蘭縣碼崙溪集水區為研究對象,進行土砂調查分析及水理演算,由於碼崙溪集水區崩蹋地已達集水區總面積5.9%,每逢颱風豪大雨土砂威脅下游保全對象碼崙橋及東疊、碼崙兩個部落安全,經分析降雨事件、崩塌地、土砂生產量、土砂運移量,並由集水區降雨量、崩塌地及土砂產出運移量分析結果,與土砂清疏量體大致接近,分析模擬可採用HEC-RAS及FLO-2D搭配使用可增加分析結果之正確度,並作為評估清疏土砂量之依據。

This case is based on Yilan County Malun stream watershed as study subjet to conduct the investigation and analysis of soil sand and water management calculations. Due to the collapse of the Malun stream catchment area has reached to +5.9% of the total catchment area, when typoon arrives the heavy rainfall caused the soil sand threaten the prevention and the security to the 2 tribes of downstream Malun bridge and Dong Die village. Through the analysis results, the rainfall events, landslide, soil sand capacity and migration capacity shows the catchment rainfall capacity and soil sand migration capacity is approximately equal to the amount of creek dredging capacity. The analysis result and simulation can be used on HEC-RAS and FLO-2D to enhance the credibility and the base of the sand dredging.
