Step-Stress Partially Accelerated Life Test for Rayleigh Distribution: Some Inference
摘要
Based on step-stress partially accelerated life test (SS-PALT) under the progressive type-II censored Rayleigh data, the present article developed some inference regarding the approximate confidence intervals (ACI) on the normal approximation to the asymptotic distribution of maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) and percentile bootstrap confidence intervals (PBCI). Some Bayes estimators are also obtained under symmetric and asymmetric loss structure. A simulation study has carried out for the analysis of the present discussion.
