高中學生參與物理人才培育課程的學習成效之研究

Investigating High School Students' Learning Outcome in the Physics Curriculum on Fostering Prospective Scientists

摘要


本研究旨在探討高中學生參與大學所舉辦的物理人才培育課程前後,其科學本質觀點、科學探究技能的轉變,以及學生對於培育課程的感受。本研究以96學年度嘉義地區的13位高中一年級學生為研究對象,資料收集方式包括:科學本質觀問卷、科學探究技能問卷、學生所撰寫的課程參與心得報告、以及晤談等。研究發現參與培育課程後,學生的科學本質觀更趨向當代觀點,能瞭解科學方法的多元性,以及科學研究的進行會受科學家的以往經驗或知識影響等內容,且更有信心確定自己的想法。其次,學生選用實驗器材、操縱與控制變因與圖示裝置圖等技能,皆有接近滿分的表現,而規劃實驗步驟與設計數據紀錄表兩項技能,雖有進步,但仍須再加強。此外,學生對於培育課程的內容普遍給予正面的肯定,不僅從中學習到與物理相關的知能、學習態度,亦有助於開拓視野,看到科學不同層面的應用與重要性。

The purpose of this study was to investigate students' NOS perspectives, inquiry skills and perceptions of the curriculum after they took this physics curriculum. Thirteen grade 10 students participated in this study. Data were gathered by NOS questionnaire, scientific inquiry skill questionnaire, interviews and documents which were written by students. It was found that the students' NOS perspectives were correspondent with contemporary scientific philosophy after taking the curriculum. They realized multiple scientific methods and scientists are subjective. They also became more confident to identify their ideas. In the skill aspect, students' skills on experimental devices, controlled experiment and design figure were improved by a wide range. But, they need to practice how to plan experimental procedures and design recording charts more. In addition, students showed the positive attitude toward the physics curriculum.
