摘要


物理課程艱澀難懂,高中物理教學也往往被詬病為考試導向、升學主義嚴重影響教學。然而中學的物理教學過程之外,目前已發展出許多物理相關的研究競賽活動,這些課程以外的參與過程對學生學習意願的提昇以及科學能力的建立都有很大的幫助。作者分享十餘年來,在中學的物理教學過程中,從不間斷地陪伴學生參與各種物理競賽(物理學科能力競賽、物理奧林匹亞競賽、力學競賽、青年學生物理辯論賽、旺宏科學獎…)與科學活動(高中物理資優培育計畫、科學展覽、吳健雄科學營…)的一點經驗與心得,以及經過多年嘗試,致力於將每年例行的這些科教活動以模組化的訓練、培養,讓學生具備獨立研究與發掘問題的能力。近年來已逐步看到成效,而這些課程以外的參與過程對學生學習意願的提昇以及科學能力的建立都有很大的幫助,進一步也嘗試分析探討這些活動的優缺點以及對學生造成的影響與效益並提供建議。

Physics is difficult for many students. High school physics teaching has often been criticized for the exam-oriented and seriously affected by credentialism. Alternatively, we developed a number of physics related research contest in Taiwan. Beyond the conventional way of teaching high school physics, students participate in the process of activities that may improve students' scientific capacity and enhance the willingness of learning. The authors share the experience in the process of physics teaching in high schools, from the uninterrupted training students to participate in various physics contest (physics contest, International Physics Olympiad, mechanics competition, International Young Physicists' Tournament, Macronix Science Award, etc) and Scientific events (physics youth project, Science Fair, Wu Chien-shiung science camps, etc.) The experiences and knowledge of several years of attempts, committed to the routine annual scientific and educational activities of these modular training, allow students to have independent research and capacity to explore problems. In recent years, we have gradually seen the outcomes. Furthermore, we discuss the advantages and disadvantages, analyze the impact and benefits of these activities and provide recommendations to physics teachers.
