The Freezer with Efficient Coolant Tube for Different Fan Location by Field Synergy Principle

利用高效能冷凍管於冷凍庫之風扇出風口位置最佳化分析

摘要


本研究係為利用高效能冷凍管輔助冷凍庫冷凍食物並配合協同理論於冷凍庫風扇出風口位置最佳化分析並用Comsol軟體分析場協同角的特性。文中考慮冷凍庫外壁絕熱或熱溫度如發電機或室內一般溫度下的影響,本研究發現,場協同角越低表示速度場與溫度梯度場越平行對冷凍庫食品冷藏產生的冷度越高,也就是說場協同理論可以用來評估冷凍庫風扇出風位置並提供冷凍庫設計業者渡風扇裝設位置的一種指標最佳化設計,發現銅製高效能冷凍管效率最高,比鋼製與鋁製冷凍管高,使用本文設計的高效能冷凍管安裝容易,冷凍輔助效益最佳。

The principle of field synergy is to simulate the freezer optimization of input fan location in this study. The parameters U, V, W and input position of fan are calculated to simulate ooptimization of fan position of freezer. Temperature and velocity fields are simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics software. Freezing degree is calculated by field synergy mean square root method in this research. In this study, high efficient coolant tube is used to assist freezer. The simulation result shows that field synergy angle decreases while freezing degree increases. It is very obvious that the best input position of fan leads lower field synergy angle. Cu coolant tube has best performance for cooling efficiency.
