以顧客角度探究玩具產品需求品質與企劃矩陣

Application of Customer-Oriented to Explore Toy Product Design Demand Quality and Planning Matrix

摘要


生活品質的不斷提昇,人們對於娛樂休閒的需求也隨著增加並受到重視,尤其近年以消費者之需求為導向,已成為產業發展例行之原則,各產業莫不以發展消費者之最愛為取向的產品或服務,即便是玩具產業的發展亦然,不論是傳統玩具或當紅的科技玩具或電子寵物等。因此,研究首先藉由文獻回顧了解玩具設計發展現況,並透過問卷調查建構顧客需求,同時使用層級分析法進行權重值計算,以作為玩具設計要素的考量。研究結果顯示,在顧客需求項目中,其前三項及權重值依次為造型獨特醒目、材質防塵、造型系列性。此企劃建立將有助於企業與設計者擷取顧客訊息,開發符合顧客需求之產品及服務,以提升玩具設計業競爭優勢。

People's life quality is getting higher and needs for recreation have increased as well, so consumer-oriented has become the main rule of industry development. Every company aims on consumers' favorite products and service, and toy industry does the same either on traditional toys or popular technology such as e-pets. This study tracks back the development of the toys design. Through questionnaire survey, the research has multi level analysis on customers' needs for products and then transfers it to the reference of the further design and characteristics of toys. AHP is used to calculate attribute weight value. The research results show: orders and attribute value of customers' needs are ”unique style”, ”dust proof material” and ”style series”.
