摘要

大多城市已成為碳排放的最大來源，為了消除全球暖化的影響，追求更優質低碳生態的環境，並減低工業排碳量，調整城市與副都市的綠化與綠能產業結構就顯得格外重要。低碳策略和綠能照明用於城市與交通來提升綠建築的比例，低碳生態環境景觀活化與再造架構中，不是單方面建築、規劃與營建專業的事務，是一個全民覺醒的過程。因此必須設計出公共參與的過程，讓政府與民間同時被動員與結合起來，在新的願景和價值共識號造下，共同為社會生活環境的改造而努力為本研究的重點。

The city became the largest source of carbon emissions on the environment caused by a very heavy burden, and reduce only the low-carbon eco-city's carbon footprint, in order to response to global warming, climate change trends, but also have the opportunity to achieve a better life. Industry accounted for half of the city's carbon emissions is about, in addition to adjusting the industrial structure, the implementation of urban low-carbon strategies and tools also include the promotion of green building, green transportation, green lighting and the use of green energy.
