電腦散熱風扇之性能與噪音改良研究

The Study of the Performance and Noise for a PC Cooling Fan

摘要


本研究主要結合葉輪外形設計、數值模擬、CNC實體製作,以及性能與噪音量測之整合性研究方法,對目前市售桌上型個人電腦之軸流式散熱風扇,作性能提昇以及噪音改善。首先依據「扇葉理論」及「葉片參數設計法」,配合NACA翼剖面之選用,針對原參考風扇所使用之葉輪作重新設計;接著對此風扇的三維紊流場做模擬與分析,以作為葉形修正之參考依據,進而達到性能提昇以及噪音降低之設計要求;最後再利用CNC加工將設計完成之葉輪外形製造出來,然後分別利用AMCA 210-85性能量測設備與CNS-8753聲壓量測技術,來進行風扇之性能及噪音之試驗,以作為數值模擬之比較依據,同時證實在本階所設計完成之新的風扇葉輪外形,在性能以及噪音上的改善程度。

The purpose of this study is to improve the performance and the noise of the axial flow desktop PC cooling fan, by connecting design theory, flowfield simulation, CNC manufacture technology with an experiment investigation of performance and noise. The study includes the redesign and improvement of the impeller and the analysis of central body:First of all, the cascade theory and parameter design method are utilized to generate the three-dimensional blade configuration. Next, the turbulence flowfield associated with the computer fan are simulated by numerical methods. In addition, the blade profile is modified according to the numerical simulate results until the design goal is achieved. Consequently, the prototype of impeller is made with the help of CNC machine and then the performance and noise of fan is performed in AMCA 210-85 chamber and semi-anechoic chamber by following the CNS-8753 codes.
